Ordering/Delivery/Returns

All our products are made by me (Ria) to order, this is done between juggling my cub Clementine a full time job as a nurse our animals and just trying to get life admin done. Im very blessed to have a super supportive tribe to help me achieve all of this. I aim to get orders turned around in a timely fashion and I will update the turn around time on here if the time changes.

 

Current turn around time is 8 weeks.

 

The turn around time is a longest case scenario and I hope to have orders dispatched before this time. However, this time does not include delivery time.

 

I completely understand that some times people need things in a rush to meet a specific date so if you do need something in a rush please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will try to facilitate this or alternately please check our pre-made ready to ship items.

Delivery within the UK is calculated at checkout depending on value, weight and amount to send.

 

Orders over £100 are entitled to free shipping within the UK.

 

We do send items worldwide but due to size, weights and costs depending on destination we will need to get a bespoke cost.

 

Shipping time is not included in the 4 week processing time.

At Home Sewn Clementine to reduce waste of material we order fabric weekly so we can fulfil that weeks orders. Because of this once we have ordered fabric we cannot offer a refund. However if you have problem with order you have placed please contact us and we will try to help.
