Home Sewn Clementine came into being in 2019 after the birth of my super smiley cub.
Making clothes for Clementine quickly became my favourite thing to do, which soon escalated into making clothes for her little friends.
The combination of seeing little people in my clothes and spending time sewing with Berny and Nancy (my sewing machine and overlocker) makes me super happy. Put this with my unhealthy fabric buying addiction and the creation of Home Sewn Clementine was inevitable.
I LOVE looking for fabrics which are fun and kind to the planet and our little ones skin.
I also work full time as an oncology nurse, which although can be sad allows me to meet the most beautiful of people, and witness so much love. I am also a breast feeding peer support volunteer.
Although I (Ria), am the face of Home Sewn Clementine there is an army of support working behind the ‘seams’ to allow me to make my dreams a reality and bring you clothes that I hope you will love.
